1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Kloned ("the Service"), operated by Asio Services ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Kloned is a content intelligence platform that helps creators analyze public social media videos, generate AI-assisted scripts, and track their own published content performance. The Service uses publicly available data from platforms including TikTok and YouTube in accordance with their respective developer policies.
3. Use of TikTok Data
Kloned accesses publicly available TikTok content metadata (video titles, view counts, engagement metrics, upload dates) via the TikTok Research API solely to provide content analysis features to our users. We do not store, sell, or share raw TikTok data with third parties. All data usage complies with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and Research API policies.
4. User Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent platform rate limits or access controls; (c) resell or redistribute data obtained via the Service; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
AI-generated scripts and content produced by the Service using your DNA profile are owned by you. The Kloned platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of Asio Services.
7. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are at our discretion and handled case-by-case.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI-generated content, or availability of third-party platform data.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asio Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
